How do your gifting services work?
You have the option to order from our signature collection of ready-made boxes or fully customize your own gift box by individually choosing your desired products in our product market. Add a personal touch by choosing from several unique cards to be included and desired ribbon color. We take pride in making the selection and packaging process as personalized and easy as possible!
Can I order multiple gift boxes?
Absolutely! The more, the merrier - right? Name your quantity, and we can work with you to fulfill your order. Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com with any questions.
Can I customize my own box?
Of course - we’d love to make your gift box as unique and special as possible. You can individually select the products you want in your gift box at Customize Your Gift Box.
Can I receive help or collaborate on creating a box?
We have you covered! Get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your needs. We’d love to work with you on creating the perfect gift box for your special occasion.
I do not want prices included in my order - can I make that request?
It’s all under wraps! We guarantee that your recipient will not receive any receipts, packing slips, price tags for any of the gifts.

Where are the products in a gift box from?
Anywhere and everywhere! What makes JOHN & JACKIE gift boxes uniquely distinctive is that our products are sourced from all over the world. From working with local artisans to partnering with international brands, we hand select high-quality products to ensure your gifts are truly one of a kind.
How is a JOHN & JACKIE gift box packaged?
We take great care and consideration to ensure that our gift boxes are perfectly packaged and presented - but most importantly, that we are reducing our footprint by using material that is sustainably sourced and recycled.
Here is what we are using:
- Black leather embossed box with white interior, 100% reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable.
- Black tissue paper made from 100% post-industrial recycled fibers, eco-friendly packaging. Made in the USA.
- Black crinkle cut packing material made from 100% recycled paper. Made in the USA.

When will my order ship?
Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for Domestic orders. However, can also have the option to choose 2-Day or Next Day Delivery at checkout for expedited deliveries. Orders placed by 12 PM will be shipped out on the same day.
When will my gift box be delivered?
While we can guarantee that your order will be shipped by a certain date (dependent on the shipping option chosen) - delivery dates are dependent on the mail carrier. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail once your order is placed and confirmed. The tracking number will help you keep an eye on when your gift makes it to the doorstep!
Can I have my order rushed?
Sure can! We offer expedited shipping and you can select 2-Day or Next Day delivery at checkout. If you are local, we can also make arrangements for pick-up or delivery. Get in touch with us at email@example.com and we’ll get you squared away!
Can I send gifts to multiple locations?
Absolutely! However, if you would like to ship boxes to multiple recipients - you will need to place a separate order for each recipient with the desired shipping address. Feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do!
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. Stay in the loop and receive updates on shipping status - from order placement to doorstep.
Will my recipient receive any notification that a gift is on its way?
Nope! We want in on the surprise so your recipient will not receive any details from us regarding their gift unless you reach out to them on your own.
Can I request a specific delivery date for my gift?
Absolutely! With Schedule & Send, you can request that your gift box is delivered within the desired time frame for up to 2 months in advance. Let us know how your calendar is looking, and we can work with you to make it all happen.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! JOHN & JACKIE ships worldwide but this will come with an additional fee at checkout. Just let us know the destination!
My box says delivered but my recipient never got it - now what?
In the rare and unfortunate case that your gift box is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the mail carrier. We are happy to do the same on our end and do everything in our power to give you the information provided by the carrier to locate your item.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to user error (i.e., an incorrect shipping address), you can contact the mail carrier to schedule re-delivery or have the package held at the carrier for pick-up.
While this is a situation that is out of our control, we can offer to send a replacement but will charge a $10 re-shipping fee. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have any additional questions!
What is the return policy?
Given the dedication, custom nature, and time spent fine tuning our gift boxes to ensure they are up to the highest quality standards, ALL GIFT SALES ARE FINAL. At John & Jackie, it is our top priority to guarantee that our gift boxes are beautifully presented and that both you and your recipient are happy. (Don’t worry, we have a good feeling everyone will be smiling).
